Read before booking:
Casa Disma Urbino accepts special requests.


Important Information:

Please inform Casa Disma in advance of your scheduled arrival time in order to arrange check-in.

Arrivals outside check-in times must be agreed previously.

Cot or bed side Free on request.

At check-in all guests must show a photo identification document.


Parking:

Private parking available on site, no reservation necessary, no surcharge.


Children:

Children are welcome.


Cancellation/Prepayment:
The conditions relating to cancellation and advance payment must be agreed.


For direct reservations, the room balance must be paid on arrival.

The tourist tax is always excluded from the room price and must be paid at check-in.


Smoking is not allowed in the rooms - but it is on the veranda.


Guests are not allowed to organize parties/events.

Customers must respect the silence between 00:00 and 07:00.


Arrivals:

From 15.30 to 19:00.


Departures:
From 07:00 to 10.30.

All requests for arrival outside the indicated times, must be confirmed by the property.


Animals:
Pets are not allowed.


Electronic payments:

By bank transfer to PostePay Evolution Rechargeable Credit Card.


Security:

Temperature control upon arrival.

Thermometers available in structure.

First aid kit available.

Hand sanitante gel available in living quarters and common areas.

Removed newspapers, printed menus, pens, and shared sheets.

The staff follows all the security protocols indicated by the local authorities.


Physical distancing:

Compliance with the rules of physical distancing.

Electronic payments available by wire transfer.

Contactless check-in and check-out.


Cleaning and sanitization:

Guests can choose to cancel the accommodation cleaning service during their stay.

Housings are sealed after cleaning.
